We are currently working on a number of projects including: -

• Reengineering Logistics process for a manufacturer to enable the introduction of WMS
• Helping a major retailer to realise the benefits of their new Auto Replen system
• Recommending and installing live pallet storage to a warehouse
  
• Investigating possible factories and supply routes for a new fashion design house that is looking to expand production and reduce costs by sourcing overseas.
• Researching options for a food importer who is launching a new product from a new region.
• Developing a suite of reports and a website for a major data provider dealing in import and export data.
